F. Students up to age 8
Single Round
– One Piece of Mallets (Vibraphone, Marimba or Xylophone)

– One of six Pieces Rockschool Debut Drums Originals (Drums)

THE INTERPRETATION BY MEMORY WORKS IS NOT REQUIRED

Additional Notes

∙ Each heat must not exceed 15 minutes in categories C, D, E and F. Categories A and B can play up to 30 minutes;

∙ Studies will not be accepted, only Pieces with exception of Study 1 on B Category;

∙ The Marimba available for the competition will be an Adams Classic Series 5 octaves;

∙ The Vibraphone is an Adams – Concert Voyager Alpha Series;

∙ Timpani will be Adams Professional 32” 29” 26” and 23”;
*If the candidates practice the German set (23” 26” 29” 32”), they must inform at the time of registration, to enable the logistics in the disposition of the sets with the candidates;

∙ Candidates will have the opportunity to experience the competition room and the instruments in their corresponding study schedule, depending on the number of registrations;

∙ All the necessary Percussion material will be available to candidates, who may choose to take their snare drums already properly assembled so as not to exceed the regulatory time and thus leave this information at the time of registration;

∙ In the drum set ups and Multipercussion, you must indicate at the time of registration if you decide to bring your own instruments, otherwise, you must play with those made available by the competition organization.
